Default Breckenridge lot

.95 acre residential lot. Wooded. Well permit in place. Approx 3 miles from south end of Main St stoplight.

Tired of fighting I-70 traffic, build yourself a ski home. We have a set of plans for a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath (3600 square feet) home that the county was ready to approve had we decided not to relocate to Durango. Prefab timber frame home that in 2008 the supplier ( Whisper Creek Log Homes) was willing to work with a new owner as they were very excited to have a home built in Summit County. Don't know if they would be will to work any deal at this time.

Mountain views possible with removal of some trees. Nice "local feel" to neighborhood but probably 50/50 split with 2nd homes. Far enough off the HWY to be quiet but only minutes from Main Steet.
