It was really amazing to see the difference from when the club adopted Argentine to now. Gone are the cans, abandoned plywood, plastic, discarded camping supplies, etc. . . Getting water off one section of the road made a big difference in erosion control.
Damage to wetland areas is coming back. Timely extraction of a 4x4 by club members was greatly appreciated by the rangers.
THE RANGERS REALLY LIKED THE NEW SIGN THANKS TO SUBZALI AND RISING SUN.
As noted by Matt's maps, we were able to take the rangers and their equipment up into an area they would not have easily gone on their own. What I saw was a continued Rising Sun Club presence and credibility with the Clear Creek Ranger Station. Each of these trips makes a difference for Argentine pass.
