There are many reasons I do not like CO2 for filling tires but Ken touches on the biggest reason. I have a problem carrying a large supply of a heavy gas inside my vehicle that can replace all O2 in the cabin many times over with an enviornment that humans cannot live in. I do carry CO2 in my 80 when on trail rides only but when I can get some time I will figure out a place to install a belt driven compressor and the CO2 will end up on the trailer.
