Trying to remember about the 3 fe and a fly wheel. There was something a bit off with that part. But the rest is a good bolt in. I do think one needs to weld in a clutch holder bracket under the dash. I could be wrong about this. But this is a gut feeling.
The 5 speed is nice, driven a couple. Make the FJ62 more like it early cousins. But with fuel injection. i do think you may need to move the cross memeber. Again, it has been a long time since I have been around one. May need to look at your 62 next to a late fj60 to see where the cross member is.
As Marco states, the late 4 speed t-case has a spot for the oiling cup. Also you will need to plug a hole so fluid does not mix between the t-case and the tranny.
