I apologize for sounding ignorant, but memberships? sponsors? You can't just walk into an establishment and order a drink? Sounds very weird!

I plan on bringing cases of beer from home and maybe some whiskey to wash it down...there are no issues with that, is there?

It's not legal to bring alcohol across state lines into Utah.

Will you have an issue? Probably not. I will bring a case of Odells Five Barrel Pale Ale from Colorado myself. Just don't wander down the streets of downtown Moab with an open beer and you'll be fine.

I appreciate the info. I am not a wild one, so there shouldn't be any issues. Odells Five Barrel Pale Ale? Hmm, don't think I have had that one. Thanks again.

FWIW, We received a letter from a private club we go to that in June they will no longer be needing the membership card.
So I guess if all goes as planned June/July will be the cut off date.
