Judging its condition, it should be a parts rig.

up in Vail. A very beat up cruiser with a "hotwire" bypass on the ignition. 1f with headers. Very rusty body. Heat works. Rear heater option (took out the rear heater). Runs and drives. Brakes don't work. Missing the left locking hub outer parts but he says it still runs in 4wheel drive. I went to see it. Way over my head in repairs. (time, money, space, and skills required). Engine/drivetrain is solid. Sounds fantastic. clean and clear title. After I was home he left a vm and offered it to me for free if I'd come back up a get it. He wants to get rid of it. I'm already back home and am still in the middle of moving. My eyes were bigger than my mouth. Just passing along information to people who might have the time and space to put it.

If someone is available to pick it up... There is a free 1968 FJ40 in Vail. Nice guy. Great opportunity for parts rig/ builder.
