Here are my pics. First, let's take a look at Kevin's old FJ40. This first shot was my attempt to create a Toyota Trails worthy shot. You'd see this, and you'd think: Man, that is the coolest FJ40 ever. This first shot is from Dugan's Run.

...but then you'd see these shots, and you understand why he finally sold it. These shots are both from Iceman.

Kevin was a star in the newly revamped Wild Rice. He had some opportunities to flex the new suspension on the Iceman trail. It was simply amazing to watch! Dan Reinmuth rode shotgun for Jason's Rock at the beginning of the trail. I think I would have driven this obstacle in my 80 had my wife not been along for the ride that day.

Here's a couple of pictures of Romer.

Nice suspension droop! Very sexy.

Neil arrived late and left early, but still got to run Iceman. His 4Runner and his excellent driving skills spanked every obstacle.

Our own Will (rock_wagon) in his very customized LX450. If you haven't seen his rig, you should seek it out. It is way cool.

Hondo drove all the way from St. Charles, Illinois to be at the BHCC. He won the Iron Butt award too! Here he nicely stuffs a rear tire.

Here's a couple of pics of Loren, wheeling his amazing FJ40. It's a work of art.

This next one might make a good cover shot for TT.

Finally, here are some shots of me wheelin' my black 80.

These first two shots are very representative of the Iceman trail and the Black Hills. It's not like Moab: it's rocky, but the rocks move around and traction is not guaranteed.

I did have a little trail damage -- you can see I lost part of my flare! It is actually unharmed, but needs to be reattached.

One of the last obstacles on the trail is the Loading Dock. It's really a short wheelbase obstacle. I couldn't get past my rear diff, and ended up coming back down.

Loren performs a feat of strength by lifting my FZJ80 off the ground.

Here's a shot of Karie as we head back towards the ground.

This is the FJ40 that Brian Wilson is selling. It really is very nice.

Never met the guy who owned this 40, but I'm a sucker for a cool paint job.

This guy and his wife drove all the way from Illinois in his 70. I think it was its maiden wheeling trip. They were very nice, but we never did get formally introduced.
