Smittybilts are usually ~$95 but made in China. The Tuffy 8" console is $225 and like I mentioned made in USA. I once broke a key off in the lock of my Tuffy and they were nice enough to send me a new cylinder fer nuthin', so I'm pretty biased.

If 97 4runner seats fit I have a pair of leather ones, tan in color you can have for $125. They are in good condition and very comfortable, went with seats that had harness holders build in. I do miss the quick recline part but..............

LMK if you are interested and I will take some pictures of them. They have the seat rails and may bolt in not sure.

I have a 1996 FZJ80 with a blue cloth interior. I could sell you the seats if you're interested.

It's your money, knock yourself out . I don't give a rat where the console I'm putting in a ratty old 40 comes from. It's solid steel and locks, also has the other features I want for 1/2 the price.

Very few things sold today, including new Toyota's, are actually manufactured 100% in the US.

Yup, it's my money and I prefer to give it to someone named Tom or Bob. Important to me since it's hard to get a job in China when they get outsourced and two of my jobs have gone there. Besides, lots of stuff is still made here, even right here in town. Sure it sometimes costs more, whatcha gonna do? Besides the Tuffy (made in Cortez, CO) and my decennial Redwing boots (model 4473, made in Redwing, MN), I replaced my worn out 2001 Tua Nitrogens with a pair of Denver-made Icelantic Pilgrims. Those even came with a couple of beers (Longmont's own Left Hand) from Ben (the owner) the night I got them, they're literally up the street from me.

Dang...First guys flipping Cruisers now there are people flipping seats

Best of luck to the guy...Maybe the secret is you need to ask a ton and talk them up like they are super special...It's all about the perception

Want me to email the guy and offer him $50 for them?

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Does anyone have any experience with these working?
