Anybody know if it's possible to stay at BFE a couple of days early? I'll be in Moab on Saturday with a bud, going to do the White Rim and a few other things before the event starts, and would only like to set up camp once.

Yep, were showing up there on Saturday too. It's open to the public year round so as long as you are also paid up for the period when Rising Sun has it rented you should be OK.

Great! I guess a follow-up question is if you have to worry about leaving camp for the day and having people mess/steal your sh*t? Unfortunately, there are a few places like that in WA

You should be fine, the area is somewhat secluded. There will be people there On Saturday already so it won't be like camping in an empty field.

And I know Nuting about no keys Nuting!!

Well, nothing is impossible but I have never had an issue with anything coming up missing at any of these cruiser activities. There are usually enough people that stay back in camp for some reason or the other at any given time that the place is never really deserted.

I would leave your diamonds and rolex watch at home but everything else should be OK.
