Could also be as simple as burnt bulbs. Don't over look the obvious amd simple

For me it took a new Hoppy harness to get the running lights working...Had turn and brake lights but no running lights. PO had installed some funky powered light setup that required tapping into the tail lights. Ripped that out and stuck in the Hoppy and 1/2 hour later life was bueno - Best part, no more taps into the wiring - straight plug and play at the connectors.
