Its a good rig.

Building something like Scotty's is only possible with links, and then you start talking about a lot more than 7k.

That is a good price. The motor will be gutless, but the rest should perform well.

most leaf swaps do get a bit top heavy looking due to relatively narrow axles, and needing at least 3" of lift to clear the steering. However, I doubt that truck is too much different in height/stability than Red Chili, and Bill does great with his rig.

had one very similar to that, great truck, slow in the hills and top heavy. for mild stuff it is great, you can haul all your stuff, roll up the windows when it rains or is too dusty. I kept wanting to do harder and harder trails, and being so top heavy made it very nerve racking...didn't get fun again till I swapped in one ton axles.

great price though (assuming it was put together right)
