If anyone needs emergency surgery on the trail, they can use your 80 as an operating room.

From my house it looked like the Mile Hi Stadium lights were on.

Is that "48 LED SMT Array" a plug in bulb? Better interior LED lighting would be a huge plus for me and those seemed to be selling for a very reasonable $24.99.

It comes with the 31mm festoon. I popped 4 of them before I realized the new version isn't protected from reverse polarity. Silly diode.... Just make sure you match the red wire side with the positive.

Thanks for posting the part number seeing as I have now had the exact same failure in the exact same spot on the hose.
I think this might be something others should put on their 80 series PM list.

Re-welded the upper pan-hard rod mount. The hole had egged itself out and was starting to make awful clunking noises.

What kind of welder did you use to do the work? I've got a low-speed cluck that I am pretty sure is the rear panhard. Hoping its just the bushing and no welding necessary, but I really don't feel like digging into it while its cold out. Nice job!

It is a Miller 175, 220volt, wire feed mig. Must have left the tank on because the shielding gas was all gone. That always makes overhead welding fun with solid wire. I was able to get the drill in from the back to redrill the holes. You couldn't tell by looking at the hole either but the bolt had about an 1/8 inch play in all directions front and back.

I also get some god awful noises from below. Maybe it's time to buy a new bolt, cut off the old one and take a look

Could this be the source of a low-temperature clunk I get?
