Those rivets look very cool! What did you do wiht the holes from the mounting brackets? filler and touch up paint?

That would make great in camp lighting. During the holidays you could swap them out for green/red

I don't think we are really helping with this thread.....

Default Light Body Work.

John I new you were fixin' to pull those flares. Looks better now, don't it? Can you see the tops of your tires now? POR-15 from Imperial Restoration might have something to fill those holes. I need to learn some sheet metal/body work myself. SOR might have some 80 series rear ambulance doors from OZ 1/2 cuts. The bolts or rivets look good too, reminds me of a Cromwell or Char B. Have fun!

For the brackets on the rear doors held on by rivets, i drilled those out easily (made of aluminum) and put in rivnut inserts and allen-head (hex) bolts used to install water-bottle cages onto bike frames. They fit perfectly into said holes without making it look bad.
