Default Leftover stuffing omelet good or bad?

Debate right now in the kitchen I say a leftover turkey stuffing omelet sounds genius Marianne says disgusting.

What say you?

I voted yes on one condition, that the stuffing be incorporated towards the end...I'm not sure how it would hold up being added at the beginning.

Sorry, I'm anal about being non conforming! How will you know if it's good or bad if you just theorize it will be bad? Make it! Worse case scenario is it will take extra salsa to make it good!

Someone thought Deep Fried Snickers would be good, so why not? You might have the newest Fair Food. Now your research design is flawed in that you are polling Males that think IFS is a good design.

Kevin, I came up with the idea while finishing a large plate of left overs this morning. I will make one tomorrow morning and confirm my theory. But I am confident that it will be spectacular

Sounds pretty good to me. I also like to mix stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts and then fry them like potato pancakes.
