Default WTB FT-2800 or 2900

Anyone want to dump their big, heavy, Yaesu FT-2800 or 2900 mobile rig before Moab and upgrade to something more complicated? A dual band radio, perhaps, or just a removable face plate model... I'm looking to pick up a FT-2800 for another project and would like to avoid paying full retail if possible. Let me know what you got, thanks!

Maybe.. would prefer another 2800 though, for simplicity reasons. I have a FT-7900 I could also use for this, but again am hoping for one less radio to learn. I need to KISS as much as possible. (don't quote that, you know what I mean!)

What are you doing? It's too bad you missed that FT-1500 I had a couple of weeks ago, that would have been a good radio.

Nak - No problem, I understand.

And yes, Dave, that FT-1500 was sweet.

OK. LMK if you need anything else, still have a few things to clear out I don't need anymore and some bits from that failed repeater exercise.

FYI, I have a 2800 still in the box. Did you pick up the secret project in CA?
