To clear up any confusion, the original deal fell through. I apologize for any mix-ups. I will consider offers from this group if any are interested.

Thanks to Ige - you were right. The problem was just the hub.

Sorry all those who were interested in the 78 missed out on the deal. This was DenCo40's find originally so he had first dibs on it when I passed. I wanted to keep it for myself as a daily driver while I redid the 77, but my tow rig and trailer fell through and I couldn't get both out here at the same time. Plus, the blue just wasn't me. I think he was thinking of redoing it for his son to drive eventually, but the blue wasn't for him either.

He got a good deal. If he makes some money on it I'm sure it will go right into his 77. I was thinking of Razor when I originally mentioned the flipper thing.

Is that alright with you Matt?

Abe, that was not an 8K truck when I saw it.

I wish this whole thing had been more straight-forward from the start. I hope that the people on our forum are here because they love cruisers, not flipping for profits. That is Craigslist stuff. Maybe I'm too simple and trusting...

Thanks Sascha,

I appreciate the insight. That is kind of what i was thinking from the pics. Much like you, even if it was worth 8k, it also kind of rubs me the wrong way to pay a premium to someone that never added any value to the vehicle & just got their first.

Best,
Abe
