agree with the decanter.

What's a good place for fine meats? that's a good idea and I need to buy for my dad this years. he kinda has it all already. Kind of a two big green egg drink whatever wine he likes kinda guy.

the only "meat cutter" I know of around here is Herb's...they moved to Broomfield years ago. Not sure if they are around. not mail order, though....
