Default Intro

Hi everybody. My name is Mike, I'm a family man. Me, my wife, son, & daughter wheel together. We are still new to wheelin but love it. We are also new to Toyota but loving that too. We got our rig in February of 12. We completed 11 trails solo last year in our stock 89 4runner 22re. This winter, I put in Chevy 63 inch rear springs, & a winch and we have done Lefthand. At this point, experience is starting to tell me we should not be running alone all of the time probably, even with the winch. Hopefully we could find some other nice Toyota people to run with. Our truck is not pretty, and I know it's biodegrading before our eyes but, we like it, and love ugly, cheap, fun, trucks.

Welcome.

Nothing wrong with that. I got something barely better through the Rubicon (with very, very good spotting). Exploring is more fun with friend anyway.

Welcome, you've come to the right place. Tons of good people that share similar family values.

Thank you for the welcomes. Here is my other vehicle. I got this for parts to do SAS and dual cases next winter but, my Crown Victoria got wrecked, so now my wife drives the runner, and I roll this everyday. It's got a 20r & L43 with 4.375 gears all stock except some rear lift springs from the PO. Need to find my wife a new ride so I can have my truck back and take this one apart.

I like your first generation 4Runner, but that 79 or 80 Hilux is sweet! Welcome.
