Default Moab!

We arrived at Slickrock Campground today at 3pm. The roads were dry, blue skies and 75 degrees. There is no cotton on the trees and we may luck out and miss it completely this year. Weather is supposed to be great all week. Were in space 163. Hurry up and get here, stop by and see us.

We are in route from Hole in the Rock Rd. but nursing a wounded camper. Bent the axle a few days ago. The HWY is taking its toll fast on the rubber. Anyone know of a source in Moab for an on the shelf trailer axle in case I need to RV park mechanic?Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367353494.188566.jpg

PM'd you. Also, if anyone rolling through G.J. can stop at tractor supply, they have some depending on the size.

Responded.

We are in Green River for the night. Will coast into Moab tomorrow and have Chips Tire remount the tires and wear the opposite edges on the return to Durango.

So it think we will be OK. The trailer tows fine. No weird behavior just massive tire wear.

Straighten the axle! You need a bottle jack 1 or 2 chains and something rigid like a rr tie, i beam, 6x6, thick fence post.....etc. you will be shocked at how easy they are to bend/straighten!
