Default Need some tundra help

A buddy at the firehouse is selling his 2007 tundra crew max with 72k on it for $22000 5.7 liter v-8 KBB says excellent condition is $23000. Ran a car fax and it says no issues. Does anyone have a good mechanic that I can have have them look over the rig and give me an opinion on it's status. I am gonna be in need of another car. Thought about buying something brand new but then this fell into my lap. Thanks

Having a Tundra will make daily driving your 40 a much better experience.

IMHO I think KBB overstates values a good bit. I definitely prefer http://www.edmunds.com/ to get a better gauge on true value.

Thanks all for the help. Did some more looking and probably not the best price. Mukker4life. Brian, reminded me the a new tundra similar is about 10k more. Kind of torn b/w a new truck (even though I don't really have a need for one) or stepping up and buying a wrx. I know crazy spectrum on vehicle choices.
