I would try to market that in the ski towns. The 2nd home folk prefer the no mess stuff and have money to burn, pun intended

That ROCKS. I'd love one up here... but I'm with the out of my price range crowd. Not that it isn't worth it...

Old thread revival. Beater, I have a friend that wants a copper cover thingy for his outdoor fire pit and he can't find anyone that will make one. If you do that sort of thing, let me know and I'll put you two in touch. If not, do you know anyone who does?

I don't think John is on here very often anymore. I mentioned it to him at his place last night, so maybe he will come check it out. Best to shoot him a PM or a text.

unfortunately - things like that are usually pretty difficult to mass produce - Have him contact me through john@john henley designs dot com or 720 four one two 1953. Depending on gauge of copper, it could be um, well, you know.

Not mass produced, just a one off for his property down in DTC. The way he described it, he just wanted a "drum" cover. Think ice cream container lid, but with some handles on the side. He'll be less concerned with cost and more concerned with function and the art of it.

Ok - I thought you were looking for an inverted bowl - Drums are easy(ish). And my comment was more around - factories don't make that stuff... LOL.

Again, have him contact me. I can probably hook him up.
