Default July Meeting, After Hours Run.

So the July meeting went well last night.
Afterwards we went for a night run up Yankee Hill from Central City out to Fall River Road. We had 10 rigs on the run, I think. It had rained pretty good right before the meeting, so there wasn't any dust. Which was awesome.
Had a great time.

Denver, from Yankee Hill.

Everybody at the top of Yankee Hill.

I never even knew that optional line was there, although I guess in the winter, it wouldn't be as noticeable.

And now that wheel matches the others..... That's why I don't have fancy wheels or wheel paint I guess.

Default Yankee Hill in the Daytime

Had a great time on my first club run Weds night.

Grabbed my son and the dog and headed up late Friday afternoon to see what it looked like in the daytime.

Working by memory we wandered our way up, got lost a few times, but eventually worked it out.

Took a few quick pics and were back down Fall River road before the weather hit hard.

Stopped at one point for some trail cleanup and found someone's broken parts, don't think its mine....

Great to meet you Dan.

As for the lockers, I guess we could have aired down too and had tires with treads. But have no fear - Dave and Idelle have big plans for that rig.
