I was thinking of buying the other set. I'm not sure 4.88s will be good with the supercharger and 80mph though. I was almost thinking a crawler is a better option.

If you decide to buy it, I'll buy the other set. I'm not a 100% but the install kits might be 4cylinder.

5.29's would be ideal for you on the highway with 35's. I'm pretty sure you have stock 4.56's gears now. So a jump to 4.88's if you stay with 33's might be fine. So it depends what size tires you want to end up with. IMO 35's will create further issues requiring many more mods.

I went from from stock 4.10's to 4.56's for the highway and that seems to work fine. But, I have a V6.

Am I really saving that much to grab this or should I wait and buy the 5.29s

My vechicle description is in my signature.

Yeah, thats what I decided. I swapped 4.3's from an auto in and I'm loving the set up right now with the 285's. Plenty of git up when needed, does vail and eisenhower in 5th at 70 no problem, and when I need to get by something quick, I can hit 4th. I prefer that to the RPM's at high speed. Keeps the fuel economy slightly better too.

So, no, not gonna do it. I have most of my crawler set up sitting the garage, just need to either source a tranny adapter, or source a coupler. Still debating it though.
