wow. that's a bit of a mess. here's a pic of the bridge on the 4 mile link trail up at betasso. i'm wondering how far the old car in the trees got moved...

I was just down there last night, the old car was up out of the water enough that it didn't move an inch. Definitely no sign of the rest of the bridge as far down stream as you can see though...

how did you get back there? 4 mile is closed, isn't it?

just came across this photo of what's left of the road into heil ranch...



super bummed about that one. it's one of my favorite spots.

We got a taste of it this evening down in Durango. I'd guess 3" of rain and about 2" of hail in just over an hour at our house this evening. Reports of landslides in and around town. Few roads closed. Found this picture below of North Main in Durango online tonight. Nothing like what happened up on the front range but definitely the biggest rain storm since I moved down here. http://durangoherald.com/article/201...ose-overnight-
