Default WTT: Marlin Rear Bumper for Factory

Looking to preferably trade for a stock bumper and decent hitch (Curt, Draw-tite, Reese, Hidden, etc) in exchange for my Marlin rear bumper.

This is a fine bumper but is not very good for towing. Marlin doesn't rate it for towing but it can be done, there are hook eyes for safety chains. But even with my mild lift and 30" tires it's too high with an 8" drop draw bar. It could use a cleaning and paint, but it's straight, never wrecked or anything.

I might consider selling it outright but would really like to get at least a bumper or hitch with some cash.

Dave do you know if a 3rd gen 4Runner has the same bolt-on spacing? Would that fit a Runner, and would a Runner bumper fit your truck?

I don't know if it would fit on a 3rd gen 4Runner, but AFAIK it would bolt onto a 2nd gen. Couldn't say for sure if the rear valance would have to be trimmed, but on a pickup you have to cut notches to clear the mounting brackets.
