Default bender?

who here has a bender and a 1" square die, and can do a hairpin bend?

I have an idea for a rack for my tundra, and need some tube bent in this config

/\ basically, 240+ degrees.

I know, I am needy.

I've got a 1" for tube. Wasn't aware that a bender would do 240*. Mine will do about 118* before creasing occurs. Post a picture of what you're trying to accomplish...there's probably a way around it

180 is generally the max on most. All my dies are 180's but I don't have a 1" square. Not like I'm close anyway

I have a 180* 1" square die. Not going to do beyond maybe 190* no mater how hard you try! I'll be back the last week of October.

you can with a hydraulic feeder, didn't know if anyone had gotten that fancy in my absence here. I had built a roller/bender years ago, but that was sold in the great breakup

UB - it would be good to see you again. I'll let you know how I progress. I am working on a design that would be like the one in the link below, but with removable crossbars that would allow me to drop the topper and higher height items in the bed.
