Default Blinging out my FN's.

Gave the FN's some new bling. First suppressor I've ever owned. Great investment if you do a lot of recreational shooting in the hills and you still want to bring your dogs.

Now I just need one on the SCAR

Very nice.

Good looking FN .45. The Osprey Can is amazing. The .45 is so quiet with the Can, all you hear is the bullet making impact. So much fun.

Now, for your SCAR, I would recommend a Thunder Beast Can. I can attest, they work fantastically.

We should go send some rounds down range some time.

Waiting on the stamp for my can for my FNP-45T (FDE). First one and I can't wait. Got the SilencerCo Octane in FDE.

Nice Scar! 16 or 17?

I see you found the FN forums

It's a SCAR17. If I want 5.56, I'll stick with the AR platform. Based on what I've seen in the military, I think I may end up with a Surefire can for the SCAR. Those things can take a beating.

I'm definitely open to sending some rounds down. It's been too long. It's a perishable skill, and since I've been home from work, I haven't been keeping up with it like I should.

How much weight does that add to the end of the barrel? Just curious. Porter has never minded gunfire but its probably a little hard on his ears.

Does that bring the dBs below 130 without subsonic rounds?

.45 ACP is already subsonic, and the can weighs a lot less than I thought it would on the FNP. It's very quiet. Sounds like a nail gun. Probably a little more quiet. Definitely safe without ear protection.

Not all 45 ACP loads are subsonic and if that's an Osprey it's well over 130 dBs. Still a pretty good pop.

Seeing these pics reminds me I really need to get around to forming a trust so I can buy a can. Nice FN's.
