LandCruiserPhil's rig was supposed to be pretty nice. Not to take anything away from Mike's rig. The ptarmigan is sweet

I have been fighting a clunk in the front end and decided to fix it. The pictures speak for themselves! I added stacked washers to all 12, two per hole, and welded them to the frame and to each other. The front is 16mm so 9/16 is zero play. The rears are 18mm so 5/8 drilled out very slightly. I bought new bolts from Slee that are longer for the front. These are the same bolts used in the caster correction plates.

I also switched to OEM rubber bushings...
