That looks great. You could dip the perforated stainless into Ferric Chloride to get a dark (parkerized like) finish that will not chip... but you might be past that point.

I was surprised earlier this year when that mantra didn't work for me upon doing a splint on a leg (arm?) that broke on a frame for backyard umbrella over a picnic patio table. The JB Weld epoxy worked fine, but the substrate (painted or maybe powder coated aluminum) didn't cooperate and it delaminated.

So I finally got it installed today. I've got some more trim work to do in order to make it look better. I'm going to need new corner lights with black trim as well.
Once I get my new front bumper fabricated and installed, it should all look good together. Stoked.

looks way better!!

polish the lights instead of ordering new ones, it works pretty well for a year or two and the kits are 10 bucks.

Definitely going to polish the head lights. But I need new corner lights. Their brackets are broken and they have chrome trim. (YUCK!)
