Don't they come with 32" tires from Jeep? So slightly larger doesn't exactly mean little Hilux 29" tires to start...

Now just to be clear, it comes with decent clearance and 33" tires. If I put 2" of additional lift I can run 35's without impacting the on road gearing, handling and ride height too much. I would probably buy 4 bead lock wheels and put the 35's on them and only run them when off roading like in Moab. The rest of the time I would run the tires and wheels that came on it.

You will love it. Bought a 10A JK this year. The new motor is amazing.

My brother used to work for Nemesis Industries before he moved into the Toyota world. If you need any cool goodies, hit them up. Their armor packages are stupid strong and light. Rob knows what he's doing. His shop truck, Dixie, is pretty nuts, and doesn't look too crazy like the Offroad Evolution builds.

I'd be interested in something like Rob's Billy Rockers if someone wants to produce them for a 40

I figure we can trust a Land Cruiser person to at least build a Jeep correctly. I ran into a guy at Moab Hill last week that had 3.07 gears and 33's. He carried a spare clutch for wheeling. Nice guy, but holy crap. People's lack of ability to prioritize mods correctly really drives me nuts. If you're gonna put tires on, do it right.

Randy, I heard they were coming out with a diesel in 2014. Have you researched that as an option?

Sorry Randy and Dee, that was a fun capable rig set up for terrain or weather. Guy is getting a great rig just don't let him know that I drove it, you may be asked for a refund Got a really nice 4Runner if you are interested Take care and have a great New Year, will get together sometime soon.

Diesel will be in the wrangler in 2016, you can get it in the Cherokee in 2014. They are great motors, I have driven Gary W's several times and it is very nice and smooth. Also quit with a good amount of power and a clean pipe.

Once the 16 wranglers come out it will be interested to see how the wheelers will react. Gas prices were $0.70 cheaper than diesel at my house and on average $0.45, that is to much for most people unless you have to have a diesel like we do,

What looks good are the 1500 pickups with diesels in them, have been reading some great reports. For the average owner it may just be the best of both worlds.
