The last challenge ate a pinion and a long day got a lot longer. We got to see some skillful winching techniques and towed the 40 out in the dark. What a great day! I'll do it again any time.

My first 3 days consisted of assisting Jonathan and Ace on the Kokopelli. The group size was a little large but we meshed like a small group of longtime friends.

While not nearly as hardcore as most..... we stayed laid back for the rest of the event. It was a "Hunnies in Hundies" type of weekend. The wives drove Fins and Poison Spider with kids occupying the back seats. It was great having my family with me this year and we traveled with 3 other families as well. Very cool.

Keagan rode shotgun with a good friend of mine from PHX and that made the entire trip for him. It's a big deal for a 7 year old to be away from his little sisters and riding shotgun on all the fun lines.
