Now THAT is a WOW! $27k for 176k miles, all original and unrestored. It even has the factory radio/cassette player. Factory A/C and factory P/S. The author of the ad is a little off on the numbers though. It was 1984 when they only brought in several hundred into the USA. 1982 was still many thousands.

I had the opportunity to buy a mint condition 1983 with factory P/S and 50k miles for $11k back in the early 1990s. I didn't have the coin at the time, but man I wish I did!

I bought a red, totally stock and perfect, 76 fj40 in 1996 for $5000 in Louisiana. I proceeded to completely ruin it over the next 7 years! The WOW for me is how I really pissed away the best vehicle I will ever own! Oh well...live, and learn!
