Default Another ID this truck/member thread

John's thread sparked a memory. At least the mention of Wheeler Lake trail. Some pictures of a previous RS member and his 80 (this trip was August of 2002, he was ahead of his time!). He's still a close friend to a few of us. Who remembers who this white FZJ80 belonged to?

Some more from the same trip. BTW, this was the last trip that my truck took without a WilderNest. It also got trail side body work when the front bumper valence got hung up and torn partially off. Another former member in the green 80... This was like a who's who of former members, eh?

Wheeler Lake

4x4Trails.net is a good resource, along with Wells' books.

That's funny, I go ice climbing there in the winter - never knew the trail continues up with some interesting wheeling past Montgomery Res.
