Ok so based on the above, I'm going to leave at least one stove behind. I will still take two grills though, enough to cook 12-16 burgers simultaneously... and all my stuff runs off of those green gans so I'll pick up a few more of those as well, for the communal gas needs.

Looks like we have three group dinner opportunities, agreed?: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.. I vote we do potlucks for all three, with themes being "meatfest," "Mexican," and "Italian." We can do these on any night, based on how we feel.

Meatfest: your basic steak, burger, brat, hot dog, buns, Ruffles®, ranch dip, etc.

Mexican (South of the Boulder night): Convert's gumbo, queso, tortilla chips, salsa, guac, tacos, burritos, fajitas, flautas, tamales, chili...

Italian: Mama Corsair's special sauce, ravioli, noodles, bread, lasagna...

So if you guys are down with that, then prepare something for all three nights... and then if you go mooch off of Norcal just leave us your dish and we'll take care of cooking and eating it.

Loosely defining Mexico? Could call it Gulf of Mexico Night, though. Whatever, it sounds fine to me, though.

Oh yeah.. ok let's call it "South of the Border" night then referring to the city of Boulder's border, obviously. so anything goes..

i'll edit the deal above.

And I'm in for some steaks for Meat night, some spicy chicken for SOB night, and garlic bread & some ravioli for Italian night. Plus random chips, drinks, etc. We just need to decide by lunch time or so what night's Italian night so I can put the bread in the oven.

I thought it was funny. 'South of the Boulder Night', that's a really good one.

I like it! Mmmmmmmmm Maybe I should take my crockpot then and make some killer pork green chili for South of Boulder night! I will procure some Benders Itallian sausages for Italian night and I am still considering a Dutch Oven roast which would be perfect for meat night! For coolers I am using my fridge for a freezer and I just bought the big whoopin' 140qt 6 day cooler from Costco that will have the important stuff like beverages and veggies and ICE! I took out the second row seats so that cooler will be within arms reach of the driver and co-pilot at all times. Any requests for movies? I scored a nice DLP Sharp projector on E-bay so we can have movie night too....might have to bring the Wii also so we can have some heated bowling or tennis competitions!

That Team America movie is awesome. We could also bring some Jackass movies.

I actually have a movie screen in my storage space -- might be a real hassle to bring along though. Maybe a sheet?

I have No Country For Old Men on Blu-Ray Disc -- anyone have a laptop that can play Blu-Ray??

Yes, let's just bring a sheet and string it up between two trucks, or trees, etc. So Matt do you have Team America? Maybe we could rent it from a McDonalds in Reno or something, I'm not too sure how that works though.

And as you all post about movies, please remember to include the three "theme nights" and what you will bring:

Meat night:
SOB night:
Italian night:

I've got NC4OM on widescreen standard. I have lotsa moves + today I picked up "Jumper" and "Bucket List." I was planning on just using a oversized King sheet for a screen.
