I'm going down to pick it up Thursday afternoon, I'll try to understand what you're talking about. Maybe I could check out your truck at the meeting and you could show me? He also has an '85 solid axle for sale for $300 I guess on Craigslist, plus some "rollers" and a bunch of other stuff. He was going to put the Toyota axle under his Blazer (again ) but found a full-width Dana 44 with lockers and gearing that he wanted, so he's going that route. Whatever I'm happy to bring the Toyota parts back into the fold...

This part, you can see the bolt on the lower left of the photo. There is a nut welded inside there that apparently after a few years of bashing the heck out your plate will break off and rattle inside.

Default CO2 Tank - $50

Dunno if this is the same or similar to Powertanks, but maybe a basis for DIY version? It's supposedly filled, too.

That's a 20 lb. tank -- be warned, it's tall. My tank is a 10 lb. unit, and most of the Powertanks are 5 or 10 lbs. The only one I know who runs a 20 lb. tank is Spiderlegs.

Sure, it is tall, but it'll be good so that you can fill tires, pressurize kegs, recharge paintball guns. Uncle Ben, seems like a perfect addition for the truck that you thought had it all. What's better than a movie night than a movie night with a proper beer tap? None of that silly constant pumping like some poor frat kid, we're higher class than that for sure.

Hmmmm...never thought of adding a tap. Great idea! Still plenty of room on my spare tire carrier for the draft tower! I already have a spare 20# bottle too! hmmmmmmm....I'm thinking something like this so we have choices!
