That is a Can-Back soft top, they sell them through Candy Truck sales I believe. Just do a search on Can-back and you will find it.

That is where I got my replacement, no longer sold through Can-Back (now just a manufacturer). I changed my rear flap to close like the old style, and am happy with it.

I did the same to the rear, some snaps on the tailgate and it is a much better fit.
