Are you talking about the mushroom looking bolts on the front end or the actual top and bottom rubber bumpers?

Is the sound you're talking about when you have the wheels turns to lock and when you hit a bump it's the worst grinding, squeaky, metallic sound ever heard by mankind?

That's from those bolts that match to ramps on the lower control arms and there are no rubber bumpers. They came with plastic caps from the factory that lasted about 50 miles. Slobber those with grease once a month or so and that will quiet things down.

Agree. Just grease whatever is left. The plastic caps are seriously good for 1 trip to Moab.

yeah - glad I go to the trouble to make it look like I take care of my truck, only to sound like a complete hooptie when pulling into my parking spot

Grease works pretty good for about a month or 2

I bet New plastic caps, combined with a dab of grease every 6 months would work for a while
