Default Heat sleeving/protection for wiring

I noticed that a bunch of my plastic wire loom in the 80 is cracked and/or falling apart, particularly for some of the wires that cross the firewall above the exhaust side of the 1FZ. This is not the OEM wiring, but for things I've along the way.

Anybody tried this stuff:

Or have a recommendation for thermal protection of wiring?

I have used that stuff and it works good but is a pita to install as its not split and its pricey for what it is. If you need thermal wrap you can use fiberglass mesh and then either wrap it with aluminum tape or you can buy heat proof loom. For high heat areas I rap the wire bundles with header wrap. It is pricey also but looks good and has a very high flash rating. Wally World probably has everything your seek although the header wrap might require a hop into O’Reallys or Vatozone.

I keep a roll of Nashua #322 around, which you can get at Home Depot.

It's an adhesive-backed aluminum foil that's pretty stout. I wrapped a wire that ran from the firewall down to the frame rail on my truck, which had a length that was close to the right side cat. It's held up fine for a couple of years now.

Thanks y'all. All the tubing options seemed pretty expensive, and/or you have to buy 100' of it - seemed like overkill. I'll try the mesh and tape option.
