Default North Colorado Sand Hills

I got a day out there last week. Myself, two 4Runnrs and a Jeep. We had an absolute blast. It's like the sand version of Moab, its a huge playground and open BLM land for ohv. We spent 4 hours playing and I could have played all day, but alas we had to return home.

It's WAY up there, like 10-20 miles from Wyoming but I don't think it'd be bad if you were in Laramie, WY or Steamboat. We had the dunes to ourselves and spotted only one pair of quads the whole day. I'll definitely go back just to play around.

Basically there are two huge dune fields with a maze of "trails" through some of the vegetation. There are plenty of steep sections, big tall dunes, and lots of woops everywhere. I got the 40 airborn by accident on one of the many trails. It was cool to see my tracks... Space.... Then my tracks again.

Anyhow, I'd recommend it for anyone in the area. I'll get some pics up ASAP
