Default fireplace install?

hey folks -
looking to retrofit a standalone fireplace in the patio room - anyone know of a good referral for a sweep or install person? Need a consult. I have the codes, and the manufacturing data for the unit, so I know the specs -

It's going in a patio room, and the roof is a very low pitch cathedral style (think lean-to) extension of the main house.

I also have an existing masonry unit to tie into, but that won't pass muster to share a flu with an existing I don't think.

thanks in advance - text me the info please -

Probably of no help since I don't know if they work outside Larimer and Weld, but Western Fireplace in Ft. Collins did a good job on our little stove.

I used chimney doctor. Dude drives around in an old ambulance and is a bit nutty but seems to know his stuff. If you touch the old one, you will likely be forced to sleeve it. Cost wise, I would avoid that unless you drop two sleeves in and it would allow you to keep from building a new chimney.

I'm going to run into this same issue when I do my pizza oven because it occupies the same space as the existing flue from the boiler and water heater. He already told me that those two could not share the same clay flue as they currently do. (Grandfathered in.)
