Mitch, great input. The one other item that I would mention is you need to check the push rod length when you put in the replacement booster. Many have left it a tad too long which results in their brakes locking up. It is a simple thing to overlook.

I am just itching to go wheeling. Still waiting for my front shaft to come back but I've been driving it everyday to work out the bugs. Overheating situation resolved but now I have a bit of a clunk somewhere in the drivetrain. It almost feels clutch related but doesn't happen often and doesn't seem to affect anything else. I think I figured it out....I have a Spartan lunchbox locker in the rear and with the previous set up, I never really felt it pop much. Does it make sense that with the new setup, that's what I'm feeling? I'm hoping that's all it is, everything else is playing so well together!

If it is a bang of sorts it could be the locker is missing a spring or is not shimmed correctly. Travis (Baja1d) was having a problem like that with his 40 and that is what he had to do to fix it, or at least that is what I recall.
