Is that the only downside to the Classic Cruiser plate?
I found a 465 that I'm going to try to get tomorrow morning. it's an older 10 spline 4wd unit. Would it be easiest to just replace the output shaft with new threaded one? Most likely will do a full rebuild on it since I have it all out.

That's the only issue I'm aware of. As far as the mainshaft and changing it, Novak Will be able to answer most of your questions. Im fairly out of touch with all the sm465 differences.
