Default Bring dog along for trail run?

I know some trails in the Moab area are in National Park areas which don't allow dogs, but for those trails that aren't in a National Park is it acceptable to bring one along for Cruise Moab? We took our dog to Moab last April, and he absolutely loved sleeping in the back while we bounced around on trails for 3 days. My wife is pretty much set on bringing him this year, but I want to be sure it's ok to bring him along on the CM group runs.

I did it my first year. Shouldn't be a problem. We decided to board our dogs after our first year at moab vet because they weren't pumped about bouncing around.

Bringing dogs are Okay as long as you are responsible with them.

I have always brought my dog with me, most love it. If you are running a National Park trail, I have always boarded her at "Karens Canine Campground" in Moab. Been boarding my dogs there since I lived in Moab 2007.

My dog accompanied me last year on all three trail runs. She loves getting out and adventuring.Name: IMG_20160507_001538.jpg

Always, just don't run E-Hill or Arches.

Slickrock Campground requires all dogs to be on leash at all times

Good info! Ours likes to sleep and occasionally look out the window - he just likes going for rides. In fact he just chilled in the back watching me install stuff in the garage for almost the whole day Saturday. We're renting a pet friendly house with a yard, so no worries about him trolling around camp without a leash.
