Default Moab!

Well the Enduro had a rain delay Saturday so we sat in love muffin for a couple waiting out the storm...once it cleared up we got a ride in on Hymasa and Captain Ahab mtb trail. While we were there, I scouted a couple spots on cliffhanger, my fall project once I get my locker in. Saturday evening we hopped onto Hell's revenge. Dusk was the perfect time to get on the trail, nice and cool, and only one group of tourists. With some help from my buddy, my truck didnt blink at Hell's Gate...even with open diffs! Had a great time on the trail and already looking forward to the next trip!

Sunday we all hopped into the shuttle and got dropped off at Burro Pass. We pedaled to the top and raced two stages. Burro to hazzard county was muddy, rowdy, and fun. We were suppose to race the Whole Enchilada, but with poor conditions on Kokopelli, the forest service stepped in and the race promoters decided to cancel the rest of the trail. 17 minutes of racing tough technical trail, that I have never ridden before landed me in 25th in the Pro category. Not bad for the conditions.

The past couple times we've made a trip to Moab, I have managed to get a good night wheel in on Fins and Things. Always a good trail and brought a new guy out for his first time wheeling...at night!

And the best part... Pictures!

Once we all climbed to the Saddle of Burro Pass, the forest service decided to give us another 30 minutes of rain delay. So we wait.

Nice. Utah, Cruisers, bikes. All this report needs is some KTM shots and it could very well be the perfect thread.

No KTM on this trip... it was a quick and dirty two days out there.
