Default Small prerun Monday

So my buddy from Albuquerque Is coming up this weekend a he'd like to go up into the mountains. It might be sketch. Regardless I think we'll be running up Saxon mountain rd to clear some debris and maybe mess around in the snow on argentine. Takers? Preferably rigs locked rear minimum and a winch. I'm gonna cap the rigs at 5 as well. I know shotshell is in so 3 more trucks.

Could be very sketch. I know they've gotten more snow up there on Monday or Tuesday, or maybe both. So I'm not sure what the trail is going to look like. But hopefully it will have all melted off of the Saxon Mt. road by then.
There are some boulders that need to get moved and some sketchy rock slides that have to be driven over.
So yeah, good times.

Which direction are you wanting to run it, Justin?

Not sure which way we'll run it. You were up there last Travis, which way is the least sketch?

it was sketch when I did it in the summer. Maybe I'll just hop in with Travis, if he'll let me. They have gotten quite a bit of snow this week. We should head south to the gulches or China wall.

Bill, you're welcome to ride along with me if you want.
Also, this is going to be a pre-run for the minis-only run this summer which will possibly be running this route.

I ran it coming up from Georgetown. That one rock slide is going to be scary either way. Although I feel as though it would be easier running it coming the other direction driving down to Georgetown.

I ran it last sunday starting at the switchback off of G. Pass. It was still super snowed in and icy. It has probably gotten much worse. It was a lot of driving for not much satisfaction. be prepared to shovel and winch through some enormous drifts early on if you go the same direction I went (high route). If for some reason you all decide to head south I would be into that.
