Default Annual Labor Day Ouray Run - September 3-5, 2016

We had a GREAT 2 days of trail runs this year in Ouray. We had several RS Club members in attendance and quite a few visitors from Houston, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Moab, UT and Grand Junction. Always nice to meet new wheeling friends!

On Saturday we ran Yankee Boy Basin/Governor Basin/Sydney Basin. 14 Rigs and no issues.

Sunday, we had 15 rigs on Black Bear Pass/Imogene Pass. Two different rigs left some paint (Red & Cream) on a rock at the first switchback below the waterfall. Otherwise, a pretty clean run. Imogene was extreamly busy on the return to Ouray.

I know there are many photos to be posted.

Thanks to all who participated!

Going up Imogene we had a spot were it was difficult to get past 4 Jeeps. These folks were pretty cool and did most of the work spotting and coordinating. Later on several other drivers gave Dave a hard time because we had 14 trucks. Dave did a great job talking calmly to them and represented the club well

So what was the problem with having a group of 14 trucks? I've never heard that this is unacceptable.
