Ken, cheap option is to buy a 3" memory foam topper from Costco. We have that on our bed and it is great.

I am waiting for the Slee Number Bed!

Fits into your roof top tent. You dial in the trail rating of the trail you are doing the next day and it automatically adjusts to condition your body!

I have one and love it. Bought the cheaper king size then bought a 3" foam topper.

From my experience the toppers come no where near a real memory foam bed.
