Seems pretty reasonable from what I've seen a few go for.

I like my downey headers, FWIW, for my 4cyl.

Justin, I can't remember where I saw it, but I read a review just this week about some Doug Thorley headers for the 3.0. They were new, and looked just like my Downey ones, so you might look into those. $380 for used seems high. If they are the only game in town, though, perhaps not.

Including freight? Yes, I would say so, that is a cheap price on the ECU FAIK but compare with Jimsgotparts.com.

By the way... I forget how many miles on the MT on that truck - I don't recall hearing of any issues... but of course you know someone who knows the tricks on overhauling an R series. I even have some shims left over, and shop jigs. Redline MT90 is like joy juice to the R series tranny, it loves it. Takes ~300 miles and then maybe another fluid change to get the old crap out and make things really happy in there.

Justin, I can help with the wiring. I just don't have a way to swap engines at my house. My garage is too short and it is too cold outside.

Please call if you have any questions. Have Ben call me also, I can't find his number.

Thanks Brian. I'll have Ben call ya. It sounds like he is wanting to save money on the whole thing by doing the engine himself anyway.
