it's been coming. Tungsten is what a lot of people are doing. I don't really mind it, as I am not a big nympher anyway, but still, it does make it more expensive. We're going to see bead heads expand too.

I see it as just another version of my mother's rules: "Does that go there? Is that where you got it from? I didn't think so, so don't put it there"

I thought those were gone a long time ago, everywhere. The clip-on weights I've seen on all my vehicles I've owned, and there's been many, have had clip-on weights that say AL on them, and they have been much larger/longer looking than lead weights. Maybe I'm wrong?

The AL marked ones that I have seen are for the thicker aluminum Mag wheels compared to the weights designed for steel wheels. The clamping area is thicker for the rim.
