I purchased it from the vendor that I think was a supporter of the club or something back then. Not cheap but versatile and having the shelter is nice for privacy, just don't leave your lattern on in there with you at night

But, why buy one for CM10? Aren't we going to have decent toilets to use

x's 2 on the light at night! Will definatly paint a very clear back and white picture of the user for all to see!

We have used the wag bags in our camper actually with great results. I did not want to use the black tank and have to clean it after one month of use.

I suggest some sort of Pett set up like everyone else has. I bought the cheap one for our non existent Rubicon trip. It is a folding fishing chair that uses the wag bags. The chair was $11 and the bags vary depending on the amount you but at a time.

Tent is optional

+1 on the PETT and the fact it folds up so small, an advantage over the Luggable Loo I think. It also has a neat pack it fits into, which carries a few Wag Bags and a roll of BW. (The tiny BW packs in the Wag Bags simply will NOT do! - ew, was that a pun?). I used a different brand of shelter than the PETT, but I think the PETT is better quality (mine is a TravelJohn, don't bother, fragile frame clips and it twists in the wind if you don't guy it VERY well. Honestly, though, my test environment is Wyoming... ).

In a tent scenario, the vestibule makes a good loo shelter. Of course I have a 6 man expedition tent so the vestibule is adequately sized. (A 6 man tent is a two man to me... LOL).

The downside is the price - WAY overpriced. That Wally World Chinese model looks much better in that regard. Nothing is worse than a collapsing loo in a moment of crisis however...

Looks like Cleanwaste is cloning the PETT system but I don't see a price advantage.

That is the very same identical pack, toilet, and tent though.

Note the bulk poo powder if you want to build a community groover. Lots of stuff.

why do you need a toilet if these new rolling CM toilets are better than slickrock?

I am not good at holding it Saturday - Tuesday. That could hurt.

Only because you don't want to walk, or you want to be self contained. By the same argument, you may as well have brought a PETT toilet & tent to slickrock.

I know I'm not planning on camping anywhere near the community crappers.

Also, the less the community pots are used by those of us with other options, the cleaner they'll stay, which will hopefully make for better a experience for all those who are skeptical of camping out at BFE this year.

just go to City Market in the morning like everyone else... you were probably driving that way anyway. They've got a Starbucks in there too, if you don't want to mess with cleaning that that French press/coffee maker/contraption..
